Today I am sharing full thali with all unique items in its own and thats too in village style cooking. Today I made
(1) Moth Nu Shak
(2) Galya Bhat
(3) Jowar No Rotlo
I have used today clay pots and utensils to make this awesome gamthi full dish. The way of making moth nu shak is very interesting and must watch recipe. Similarly Galya Bhat recipe is also a must watch recipe. I have shoot this video in almost live video style to maintain the flow of making this whole dish.

INGREDIENTS
FOR MOTH SHAK
1 cup moth (boiled after soaking for 8 hours) - મઠ (૮ કલાક પલાળીને મીઠામાં બાફેલા)
1 grated onion - ખમણેલી ડુંગળી
2 grated tomatoes - ખમણેલું ટમેટું
6-7 garlic cloves - લસણની કડી
Chopped green chilli - લીલાં મરચાં
1.5 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder - કાશ્મીરી લાલ મરચું પાવડર
5 tsp oil - તેલ
½ tsp cumin seeds - જીરું
Badiyan, 2 dry red chilies - બાદિયન, સુકા લાલ મરચાં
2 cloves & cinnamon - લવિંગ અને તજ
bay leaf - તેજ પત્તા
Curry leaves - મીઠો લીમડો
⅛ tsp hing - હિંગ
1 tsp coriander powder - ધાણાજીરું પાવડર
¼ tsp turmeric powder - હળદર પાવડર
½ tsp garam masala powder - ગરમ મસાલા પાવડર
¾ tsp salt - મીઠું
2 tbsp full fat curd - દહીં
Chopped coriander leaves - સમારેલ કોથમીર
FOR GALYA BHAT
A glass of water - પાણી
Half cup soaked basmati rice - પલાળેલ બાસમતી ચોખા
Half cup gud - ગોળ
2 tbsp pure ghee - શુદ્ધ ઘી
FOR SAMBHARO
Carrot, cucumber, green chilli - ગાજર, કાકડી, લીલાં મરચાં
1.5 tsp methiyo masalo - મેથીયો મસાલો
¼ tsp hing - હિંગ
1 tsp oil - તેલ
Half lemon - લીંબુ
FOR MAKAI NA ROTLA
1 cup corn flour - સફેદ મકાઈનો લોટ
¼ tsp salt - મીઠું
Warm water - હુંફાળું ગરમ પાણી
