ഇനി കൈ പോലും നനയാതെ നല്ല സോഫ്റ്റ് അരി പുട്ട് , അതും മട്ട അരിയിൽനിന്ന് | Kerala Soft Puttu
Ingredients:

1. Matta Rice – 2 Glasses
2. Grated Coconut – AS needed
3. Salt – As needed
How to Prepare:

1. Wash the rice 3 to 4 times and make it clean.
2. Soak this rice in water for 6 hours or overnight.
3. After 6 hours of soaking, strain the rice for another 20 minutes.
4. Make sure that, water is been strained well.
5. Take a small mixie jar, and start to grind the rice batch by batch (please do watch video for more detailed preparation)
6. Once the rice has turned to puttupodi consistency, stop grinding and place it another bowl.
7. Add salt as needed. Please do not add more salt, as the rice itself has salt in it.
8. Into the puttu vessel, add puttu podi and coconut and allow it to steam.
9. Once it is steamed, take it off and serve immediately
