石門嶺古道是2022年藍天隊新開發出來的古道路線。古道從台北大縱走第四段的雙溪溝古道途中進入，越嶺五指山鞍部至萬里溪底的靈泉寺，古道主要沿著溪岸而行，途中有杉林造林區，是一條消暑怡人的森林浴路線。
The Shimenling Historical Trail is a new discovered historical trail route by the Blue Sky Team in 2022. The historical trail starts on the way of the Shuangxigou historical trail in the fourth section of Taipei Grand Trail. It crosses the saddle of Mt. Wuzhishan and reaches Lingquan Temple in Xidi, Wanli. The historical trail mainly runs along the creek bank. On the way, there is a Cryptomeria forest afforestation area, which is a pleasant forest bath to cool off in summer.

Meihua Mountain Trailhead→10mins→Shimenling Historical Trail Entrance→25mins→Saddle of Mt. Wuzhishan→40mins→Shimenling→30mins→Lingquan Temple→65mins→Fengguizui→30mins→Meihua Mountain Trailhead, the walking distance is about 8 km, travel time is about 3 hours and 15 minutes (including rest)

梅花山登山口及風櫃嘴設有公共廁所
There are public toilets at the trailhead of Meihua Mountain and Fengquizui.
【交通資訊】（Traffic Information）
★大眾運輸：無。
★自行開車：無明確衛星定位點，可以在Google地圖衛星導航輸入「汐止區汐萬路拉瓦那咖啡」，餐廳距離梅花山登山口約100公尺，附近路旁空地停車。
★Mass transportation: none.
★By car: If there is no clear satellite positioning point, you can enter "Ravana Coffee, Xiwan Road, Xizhi District" in Google Maps satellite navigation. The restaurant is about 100 meters away from the trailhead of Meihua Mountain, and there is an open space near the road for parking.
