.800 gm amla
2 tbsp salt
2 tbsp mustard seeds
2 tbsp saunf
1 tsp Fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 pinch asafoetida
.150 ml mustard oil
.80 gm jaggery
1 tsp carom seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji
2 tsp degi mirch masala
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
.150 gm garlic
.100 gm ginger
3-5 red chilli whole
