* Nigella Seeds - 1/4 TSP

* Any Pickle Masala - 1 TSP

* Chopped Coriander Leaves
* Lemon Juice - 1 tbsp
* Water - 4 to 5 tbsp
For Litti Dough:
* Wheat Flour - 3 cup (350 gm)
* Salt - 1/2 TSP
* Ghee - 2 tbsp
* Water as required
* Mustard Oil For Deep Frying
For Chokha Recipe:
* Eggplant baingan - 2
* Tomato - 3
* Boiled Potato - 2
* Garlic - 5 to 6 cloves
* Green chilli - 4
* Chopped onions - 2 tbsp
* Chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
* Chopped garlic - 1 TSP
* Salt to taste
* Any pickle masala - 2 TSP
* Mustard oil - 1 tbsp
