Tamarind pulp -1/2 cup
Jaggery - 4 tbsp
Salt -1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
For Garlic Chutney:
Garlic cloves - 25 gm
Red chilli powder -1 tbps
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Roasted cumin powder -1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
