আমরা আজ সকালে খেমচং পাড়া থেকে ক্রিসতং সামিট করে তংওয়ে পাড়া এবং সাকলাম পাড়া হয়ে পালক্ষিয়াং ঝর্নার পাশে জুম ঘড়ে রাত কাটাবো। আজ প্রায় ১০ ঘন্টার ট্রেকিং পথ পাড়ি দিয়েছি আমরা। অসাধারণ সুন্দর পথ পাড়ি দিয়েছি আমরা। বিশেষ করে সাকলাম পাড়ার জুম অসাধারণ ছিলো।
কির্সতং (Kirs Taung) এর অবস্থান চিম্বুক রেঞ্জে যার উচ্চতা আনুমানিক
২৯৮৯ ফুট। কির্সতং নামটি আদতে মারমা শব্দ যা এসেছে ‘কির্স’ ও ‘তং’ এর যৌথ মিলন থেকে। কির্স একটি বিলুপ্ত প্রায় পাখির নাম। এই পাখিগুলো কির্সতং এর চূড়াতেই দেখা যায়। আর ‘তং’ অর্থ হচ্ছে পাহাড়।
ক্রিসতং এর সামিট থেকে তিন্দু এর পরিষ্কার ভিউ পাওয়া যায়।
