वक़्फ़ संशोधन विधेयक संसद के दोनों सदनों से पास होकर राष्ट्रपति की मंज़ूरी से क़ानून बन गया। वक़्फ़ बोर्ड की मनमानी और ज़मीन क़ब्ज़ा करने के अभियान पर रोक लग गई। अब वक़्फ़ बोर्ड शिया से नहीं भारत के संविधान से चलेगा। यह बात तुष्टिकरण की राजनीति करने वालोंं को पसंद नहीं आ रही है। ऐसे लोगों का मानना है कि मुसलमानों के मामले में भारत के संविधान पर शरिया को वरीयता मिलना चाहिए । अब संसद से बहुमत से पारित प्रस्ताव उन्हें जबरिया लग रहा है।उन्हें दिख ही नहीं रहा है कि पिछले ग्यारह साल में देश की हवा बदल गई है । वे इस परिवर्तन को पचा नहीं पा रहे हैं । देशसका मतदाता उन्हें जगाने का प्रयास कर रहा है लेकिन उनकी नींद नहीं खुल रही ।

Such people believe that in the case of Muslims, Sharia should get preference on the Constitution of India. Now the proposal passed by a majority from Parliament seems to be forced to him. He is not able to see that the air of the country has changed in the last eleven years. They are unable to digest this change. The voter of the country is trying to awaken him but his sleep is not open.
