Ingredients:

🔴Step1: Special Paste for Korma

1. Fried Onion - 1/2 Cup
2. Almonds - 5-6 pcs
3. Cashew nut - 5-6 pcs
4. Raisins - 1 tbsp
5. White pepper - 2 tsp
6. Mace/javitri - 1/4 pc
7. Nutmeg/Jayphal - 1/4 pc
8. Yogurt - 1/2 Cup

( Make a smooth paste )

🟠Step2: Whole spices

1. Cinnamon sticks - 3 pcs
2. Cardamom - 7 -8 pcs
3. Clove - 8-10 pcs
4. Bay leaves - 2 pcs

🟡Step3: For Curry

1. Onion slice - 1 Cup
2. Ginger paste - 1 & 1/2 tbsp
3. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
4. Onion Paste - 1 & 1/2 Cup
5. Coriander powder - 1 tsp
6. Cumin powder - 1/2 tbsp
7. Salt ( as your taste)
8. Green chili - 5-6 pcs
9. Beef - 2 Kg
10. Add the special paste that we make it in Step 1👆
11. Ghee - 2 tbsp
12. aloo bokhara - 5-6 pcs
13. Green chili - 5-6 pcs
14. Mawa - 1 tbsp
15. Sugar - 1 tbsp
16. Kewra water/screwpine water - 1 tsp
