Pumpkin caviar:
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Sweet pepper – 2 pcs.
- Pumpkin – 600 g
- tomato paste 2-3 spoons
- salt
- a pinch of sugar
- water (to cover the vegetables in the pan)
- salt to taste
- ground black pepper
- dry garlic
Pumpkin Cookies:
- 100 g pumpkin (grate on a fine grater)
* add a little salt
- 100 g of oat flour (I make it myself from regular oatmeal and a coffee grinder)
- peanuts
- 100 g rye flour
- 1 teaspoon of sweetener (I have Stevia)
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 80 ml vegetable oil
* I bake cookies for 15-20 minutes at 180°.
