✍🏻𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗗𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦:
* Water(पानी) - For Boiling
* Potato(आलू) - 5 Kg
* Rock Salt(सेंधा नमक) - Some
* lemon Juice(नींबू का रस) - Some
* Rock Salt(सेंधा नमक) - Some
* Chat Masala(चाट मसाला) - Some
✍🏻𝐑𝐄𝐂𝐈𝐏𝐄:
For Lachha Chips, keep the heavy bottom pan/kadai on the flame. Put Water, washed Potato & some Rock Salt. Cover & cook them until they cooked 80%.Then turn the flame off & peel them. Grate the boiled Potato on a plastic sheet-as shown in the video. Then keep them for 2-3 days for sun drying. Then fry them in the heated oil.
For Aloo Chips, take some Potatoes of good quality. Peel them and keep them in water. Fill a large bowl with Water and place the potato slicer on top of the water bowl. Slice Potatoes & make sure that the potato slices immediately drop into the water. This will prevent the potato slices from browning. Then keep the water for boiled, add some Rock Salt & Potato slices & boil for 5 minutes. Do not over boil them. Take out the boiled Aloo Chips on strainer to remove the access water. Keep under the running fan for one day. Then fry the Aloo Chips on high flame untill the chips become crispy. Then keep the fried Chips for cooling down. Put some Chat Masala & Salt or any flavor of your choice & enjoy. In this way, Market Style Crispy & Tasty Aloo Chips & Lachha Aloo Chips will get ready at home easily.
Tip:
Keep it in the airtight jar & store it for more than a year.
