How to make Khakhra no Chevdo / ખાખરાનો ચેવડો બનાવતા શીખો
Ingredients :- (સામગ્રી)
250 grams - Plain Khakhra (સાદા ખાખરા)
3 tbsp - Refined Oil (તેલ)
1 tsp - Mustard Seeds (ઝીણી રાઈ)
1/2 tsp - Asafoetida / Hing (હીંગ)
8-10 - Curry leaves (મીઠો લીમડો)
2 tbsp - Peanuts (સીંગદાણા)
2 tsp - Cashew Nuts (કાજુનાં ટુકડા)
1 tsp - Coarsely Ground Fennel seeds (અધકચરી વાટેલી વરિયાળી)
2 tsp - Roasted Chickpeas / Roasted Chana (દાળિયા)
2 tsp - Melon Seeds (મગજતરીનાં બીજ)
2 tsp - Raisins (કિશમિશ)
2 tsp - Sesame Seeds (તલ)
1/2 tsp - Turmeric Powder (હળદર પાવડર)
1 tsp - Red Chilli Powder (લાલ મરચું પાવડર)
1/2 tsp - Black Salt (સંચળ)
As per taste - Salt (મીઠું)
1 tsp - Dry Mango Powder (આમચૂર પાવડર)
1/2 tsp - Black Pepper Powder (કાળા મરી પાવડર)
2 tbsp - Powder Sugar (બુરું / દળેલી ખાંડ)
1/2 tsp - Poppy Seeds (ખસખસ)
We can store this Khakhra Chivda Namkeen in airtight container for 20-25 days.
