Moong dal Ki Khasta kachori (8 kachori recipe)
Kachori Dough
Refined flour- 200 gm (1 & 1/2 katori)
Salt- 1/2 tsp (5 gm)
Vanaspati- 3 tbsp (40 gm)
Water- 1/3 katori (110 gm)
Resting time- 30 minutes. Each kachori dough weight- around 40 gm
kachori Stuffing (Around 15 gm to be used each kachori)
Moong Dal washed & soaked in water for three hours- 1/2 katori (100 gm)
Refined oil- 5 tbsp
Paste-
Green chili -5 number, Garlic- 15 number, Ginger- 1 inch, coriander- 1/2 Katori
Turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander seed powder- 1 tbsp
Roasted & crushed Cumin seeds -1/2 tbsp
Roasted & crushed fennel seeds (Souf)- 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala Powder- 1 tbsp
Red chili powder-1 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Black Salt- 1/4th tsp
Chaat masala - 1 tsp
Sugar- 1/2 tbsp
Chopped coriander- 1/2 katori
Fry it on low heat
for Baking-
bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 18 to 20 minutes
