A mostly singletrack route, the AZT 800 starts at Arizona’s border with Mexico and heads north to the border with Utah. The route crosses desert, mountains, and requires portaging across the Grand Canyon with your bike on your back. The biodiversity of the AZT and the sheer number of miles on singletrack makes this route a special one.
