紅蘿蔔 250克
水 150毫升
鹽 1克
蜂蜜 1克
自製鮮味粉 10克

馬鈴薯澱粉 5 克
②廣式月餅用 (起沙鮮美)
紅蘿蔔 300克
馬鈴薯 150克

自製鮮味粉 10克(加水150毫升稍煮即可)
鹽 1克
茶油 10毫升

【English Recipe】
Grandma Chan would like to share with you a vegan version of salted egg yolk.
Grandma Chan's original recipe is made with simple and healthy ingredients. The salted egg yolk is light, tasty and easy to make!

Ingredients:
①For snowy mooncake (Crystal clear, chewy and irresistible)
Carrot 250g
Water 150ml
Salt 1g
Honey 1g
Homemade no salt all purpose vegan seasoning 10g

Agar powder 1.5g
Potato starch 5g
②For Cantonese mooncake (grainy and delicious)
Carrot 300g
Potato 150g
Honey 1g
Homemade no salt all purpose vegan seasoning 10g (add 150ml of water and cook briefly)
Salt 1g
Tea oil 10ml
