today i am sharing very healthy traditional recipe of gund ne ped which is winter special gujrati recipe … generally people add sugar jaggery and mishri in gund ne ped but today i am making ped with natural sweetner like kharek, raisins and fig so people who are suffering from diabetes they also can eat without guilt so ihis gund ped is very healthy to all people and who have diabetes also … in this winter season everybody should eat healthy and nutritious food … this gund ped is like this so try out this recipe and here are all ingredients
gund ped ingredients
1/4 cup edible gum
1 big tbsp ghee / only for fry edible gum
1/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup pistachios
1/4 cup apricot
1/4 cup coconut powder
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
natural sweetener
1/4 cup dry dates
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup fig
2 tbsp dry ginger powder
2 tbsp ganthoda powder
2 tbsp poppy seeds
1/2 tbsp cardamom powder
1/2 nutmeg
