This Lahori Paneer Korma brings the perfect balance of spices and richness to the classic Paneer Ki Sabji recipe. #paneerkisabji #paneerrecipe #lahoripaneer Preparation time - 20 minutes Serving - 8 Ingredients : Paneer - 250 gm Red Chilli Powder Turmeric Salt Oil - 4 tbsp Ghee - 1 tbsp Bay Leaf - 1 pcs Cinnamon - 1 stick Black Pepper Cardamom - 2 pcs Cumin - 1 tsp Onion - 2 pcs Ginger Garlic Paste - 1 tbsp Tomato - 2 pcs Red Chilli Powder - 1 tsp Turmeric - 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder - 1 tsp Salt as per Taste Curd - 1/2 cup Splitted Green Chilli Kasoori Methi - 1 tsp Chopped Coriander Special Masala For Lahori Paneer Recipe Coriander Seeds - 2 tbsp Cumin - 1 tbsp Black Pepper - 1 tsp Clove - 2 pcs Black Cardamom - 2 pcs Process Gather the Ingredients: Paneer (250 gm), red chilli powder, turmeric, salt, oil (4 tbsp), ghee (1 tbsp), bay leaf, cinnamon stick, black pepper, cardamom (2 pcs), cumin (1 tsp), onions (2 pcs), ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp), tomatoes (2 pcs), curd (1/2 cup), green chilli (split), kasoori methi (1 tsp), and chopped coriander. Prepare the Special Masala: Grind coriander seeds (2 tbsp), cumin (1 tbsp), black pepper (1 tsp), cloves (2 pcs), and black cardamom (2 pcs) to create a flavorful masala for the dish. Sauté Spices and Onions: Heat oil and ghee, add bay leaf, cinnamon, black pepper, cardamom, and cumin. Sauté for a few seconds, then add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Cook Tomatoes with Spices: Add chopped tomatoes, red chilli powder, turmeric, and coriander powder to the pan. Cook until the oil separates from the masala. Add Curd and Paneer: Stir in curd, cook for a few minutes, and add paneer cubes. Add kasoori methi and split green chilli, and simmer until the paneer absorbs the flavors. Garnish and Serve: Garnish with chopped coriander and serve hot with naan or rice for a delicious Lahori Paneer dish.
