In this beginner friendly crochet pattern, I am going to show you how to create an easy hood with granny clusters stitches. This is for teens/adults but can easily be modified to fit a small child (just make a smaller starting chain). You will need: - approximately 200 grams or 400 yards of weight 4 yarn (worsted) - 4.5 mm hook - tapestry needle - measuring tape For a smaller, but fitted hood, make your starting chain at least 11 inches. For a large and oversized hood, make a starting chain of at least 13-14 inches.
