साहित्य |Ingredients
• शेंगदाणे १ किलो | peanuts 1 kg
• चिरलेला गूळ १ किलो | Jaggery 1 kg
How to make upvasache shengdana ladu recipe |
• Roast the peanuts on very low heat until their peels get breaked
• Once done, turn off the gas flame, take them into a large plate & allow them to cool down completely
• Once done, you can peel off the roasted peanuts or you can keep it as it is
• Grind the peanuts to coarse texture on pulse mode
• take the peanuts mixture to the parat
• to this add chopped jaggery & mix it well
• then take some mixture into a grinding jar & grind on pulse mode must for 1-2 times
• put this mixture into another mixing bowl & grind the remaining mixture following the same
• Once done, roll the laddus
• You can store these laddu for 3 months
