Salt-(to taste)

To Make Filling:
2 ½ cups Green peas
4 medium size potatoes, boiled and mashed
1 Mid-sized Onion
4-5 pieces of garlic
1 inch ginger, roughly chopped
2-3 pieces of Green chilli
1 tsp asafoetida
1 tsp cumin seeds
½ tsp Turmeric powder
1tsp Garam masala powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1 tsp Chat masala
Fresh coriander leaves
2-3 tbsp Oil
