London is one of the most popular destination of Hong Kong people. Therefore, there are 7-8 directly flights from HK to London Heathrow airport everyday before COVID. However, with the very strict quarantine rule in HK, British Airways (BA) and Virgin Atlantic Airways (VS) suspended their service between HK and the UK. Also, the flight frequency of Cathay Pacific Airways (CX) greatly reduced too.
