ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಒಬ್ಬ ಹೇಡಿ, ವೀಕ್, ಅಸಹಾಯಕ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ. ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯನವರ ಮೊದಲ ಅವಧಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಹಳ ಸ್ಟ್ರಾಂಗ್ ಇದ್ದರು. ಈಗ ಸಂಪೂರ್ಣವಾಗಿ ಕಳೆದು ಹೋಗಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಎಂದು ನಿವೃತ್ತ ಹಿರಿಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಆಧಿಕಾರಿ ಭಾಸ್ಕರ್ ರಾವ್ ಹೇಳಿದರು.ಮೈಸೂರಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾತನಾಡಿದ ಅವರು, ಇಡೀ ಪ್ರಕರಣದಲ್ಲಿ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ, ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಮತ್ತು ಪರಮೇಶ್ವರ್ ಅಪರಾಧಿ ಸ್ಥಾನದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಬೇಕಿದೆ. ತಪ್ಪು ಮಾಡಿರುವವರೇ ಇವರು. ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಕೊಟ್ಟ ಕಾನೂನನ್ನು ದುರುಪಯೋಗ ಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಂಡು ಐಪಿಎಸ್ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳನ್ನು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಇದು ದಯಾನಂದ್ ಅವರಿಗೆ ಸೀಮಿತವಾದ ವಿಚಾರವಲ್ಲ. ಇಡೀ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಇಲಾಖೆಯನ್ನು ಕಗ್ಗೊಲೆ ಮಾಡಿದಂತೆ ಎಂದು ಹೇಳಿದರು. ಪೊಲೀಸರ ನೈತಿಕ ಸ್ಥೈರ್ಯವನ್ನೇ ಸಿದ್ದರಾಮಯ್ಯ ಕುಗ್ಗಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಹೀಗೆ ಎಷ್ಟು ಜನರ ಮೇಲೆ ಕ್ರಮ ತೆಗೆದುಕೊಳ್ಳುತ್ತಾ ಹೋಗುತ್ತೀರಾ. ತೀರಾ ಅವಮಾನಕರ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ದಯಾನಂದ್ ಅವರನ್ನ ನಡೆಸಿಕೊಂಡಿದ್ದೀರಾ. ಅವರ ಮೇಲೆ ನಿಮಗೆ ಕೋಪ ಬಂದಿದ್ದರೆ ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ ಮಾಡಬಹುದಿತ್ತು, ಕಡ್ಡಾಯ ರಜೆಯ ಮೇಲೆ ಕಳುಹಿಸಬಹುದಿತ್ತು. ಅದನ್ನು ಬಿಟ್ಟು ಅಮಾನತು ಮಾಡಿದ್ದು ಸರಿಯಲ್ಲ. ಐಪಿಎಲ್ ಏನು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ದೇಶದ ಪಂದ್ಯಾವಳಿನಾ. ಅದೊಂದು ಕ್ಲಬ್ ಪಂದ್ಯ ಅಷ್ಟೇ. ಅದಕ್ಕೆ ಡಿಕೆ ಶಿವಕುಮಾರ್ ಹೋಗಿದ್ದೇನು, ಮುತ್ತಿಕ್ಕಿದ್ದೇನು, ಬಾವುಟ ಹಿಡಿದಿದ್ದೇನು. ಇದೆಲ್ಲಾ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿಗೆ ಗೊತ್ತಾಗಲಿಲ್ವಾ. ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಹೈಕಮಾಂಡ್ ಬಿಗಿಯಾಗಿದ್ದರೆ ಈ ಸಿಎಂ, ಡಿಸಿಎಂ, ಗೃಹ ಸಚಿವರನ್ನು ಅಧಿಕಾರದಿಂದ ಕೆಳಗಿಳಿಸಬೇಕು. ಯಾವುದೋ ಆಫ್ರಿಕಾ ದೇಶದಲ್ಲಿ ಹೆಣಗಳನ್ನು ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋದ ರೀತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬೆಂಗಳೂರಿನಲ್ಲೂ ಹೊತ್ತುಕೊಂಡು ಹೋಗಲಾಗಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಕಿಡಿಕಾರಿದರು.
Retired senior police officer Bhaskar Rao said Siddaramaiah is a weak, ineffective, and helpless Chief Minister. He added that during Siddaramaiah’s first term, he was quite strong, but now he has completely lost his strength.Speaking in Mysuru, he said that in this entire incident, Siddaramaiah, DK Shivakumar, and Parameshwar should be held responsible as the culprits.
