Nicole Albert is Brian Albert’s wife, who resided at 34 Fairview Rd at the time that John O’Keefe was found dead in the snow on their front lawn. She is also Jen McCabe’s sister. She has five children, the two eldest being Caitlyn and Brian Jr. Her testimony includes her timeline of events from the night of January 28th to the morning of January 29th of 2022. On cross, defense attorney Elizabeth Little questions Nicole on their family dog, Chloe, their decision to move out of the family home.
