၁၉၄၁ ခုနှစ် ဒီဇင်ဘာ(၂၆)ရက်နေ့ ထိုင်းနိုင်ငံဘန်ကောက်မြို့မှာ စတင် ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့တဲ့ ဗမာ့လွတ်မြောက်ရေးတပ်မတော်(BIA)နဲ့ ဂျပန်ခေတ် ဗမာ့ကာကွယ်ရေးတပ်မတော်(BDA)ခေတ်တွေကစပြီး ဒီကနေ့ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော် ခေတ်အထိ တပ်မတော်အကြီးအကဲ ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ်ပေါင်း (၁၀)ဦးအထိ ပြောင်းလဲခဲ့ပြီး ဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ရဲ့စစ်သေနာပတိ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်အောင်ဆန်း၊ ဗိုလ်မှူးချုပ် ဗိုလ်လက်ျာ၊ ဒုတိယဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးစမစ်ဒွန်း၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးနေဝင်း၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ် ကြီးစန်းယု၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးသူရတင်ဦး၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးသူရကျော်ထင်၊ ဗိုလ် ချုပ်မှူးကြီးစောမောင်၊ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီးသန်းရွှေနဲ့ အခုနောက်ဆုံး ဗိုလ်ချုပ်မှူးကြီး မင်းအောင်လှိုင်တို့ ဖြစ်ကြပါတယ်။
နယ်ချဲ့တွေကို မြန်မာပြည်သူတွေနဲ့အတူ လက်တွဲတော်လှန် တိုက်ပွဲဝင်ခဲ့ဘူးတဲ့အတွက် တချိန်က မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကို မြန်မာပြည်သူအများစုက လေးစားချစ်ခင် တန်ဖိုးထားခဲ့ကြဘူးပါတယ်။ ဒါပေမဲ့ ၁၉၆၂ ခုနှစ် မတ်လ(၂)ရက်နေ့မှာ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ရဲ့ ကာကွယ်ရေးဦးစီးချုပ်ဖြစ်တဲ့ ဗိုလ်ချုပ်ကြီးနေဝင်းဦးဆောင်တဲ့ စစ်ဗိုလ်တစုက မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ကို ခုတုံးလုပ်ပြီး စစ်အာဏာသိမ်းလိုက်တဲ့ အချိန်ကစလို့ မြန်မာ့တပ်မတော်ဟာ ပြည်သူတွေကိုကျောခိုင်းပြီး စစ်အာဏာရှင်တွေ အလိုကျ 7 July လူသတ်ပွဲအပါအဝင် ပြည်သူလူထုအပေါ် ရက်ရက်စက်စက် ဖိနှိပ်သတ်ဖြတ်မှုတွေကို တစိုက်မတ်မတ် ကျူးလွန်ခဲ့တဲ့အတွက် ပြည်သူလူထုရဲ့ ချစ်ခင်လေးစား ယုံကြည်အားကိုးမှုတွေဟာ လျှော့နည်း ကျဆင်းလာခဲ့ပါတယ်။
