Hello, in today's video together with Emma we prepare sweet "Hedgehogs". I know the recipe from my mother, it takes me back to my childhood.
They are very easy to prepare, delicious and very interesting.

Necessary products for about 42 pieces:
For sweets:
150 g butter (or fat)
150 g powdered sugar
1 piece. egg (size L)
50 g ground walnuts
8 g of vanilla sugar or 2 packets of 0.2 g
about 390 g of flour
For decoration:
200 g couverture chocolate
about 100 g ground walnuts (you can use coconut shavings or chocolate bars)
