today i have prepared handva in tarditional way so its very tasty crispy and healthy too try out this recipe
Handva flour
2 cup rice
1 cup chana dal
1/4 cup urad dal
grind into coarse flour
handva batter:
3 cup handva flour
3 cup butter milk
1 tbsp sugar
salt to taste
1 tbsp ginger chilly paste
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp baking soda
for temporing:
3 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp mustard
1/4 tsp hing
2 cloves
curry leaves
1/4 tsp turmeric
2 tbsp seasome
3 tbsp peanut powder
