مواد لازم 👇
500 گرم آرد نون با پروتیین بالای 12 درصد
400 گرم آب ولرم
8 گرم پودر خمیر ترش
5 گرم شکر
10 گرم نمک
15 گرم روغن
دمای پخت 400 فارنهایت 200 سانتیگراد 25-35 دقیقه
Ingredients 👇
500 grams bread flour with at least 12% protein (Gluten)
400 grams lukewarm water
8 grams active dry yeast
5 grams sugar
10 grams salt
15 grams oil
Baking Temp 400F or 200C for 25-35 minutes
