Ingredients you’ll need:
Chicken fillet
Tortilla
Vegetables (tomato, cucumber, lettuce, corn)
Seasonings to taste
Eggs – 2 pcs
Grated hard cheese
Chicken fillet, cut into thin strips, is marinated with salt, ground black pepper, a bit of meat seasoning, and a splash of soy sauce.
Next, fry the meat in butter until a golden crust forms.
Crack 2 eggs, season with salt and pepper, and whisk until smooth.
Pour the beaten eggs into a pan and cook for 1–2 minutes over low heat.
Place a tortilla on top of the omelet and cook for another 1 minute.
Remove the tortilla and cut it halfway, as shown in the video.
Visually divide the tortilla into 4 sections:
On the omelet side, place: lettuce, meat, grated hard cheese + corn, vegetables (tomato, cucumber)...
Fold everything step by step, as shown in the video...
Toast the folded wrap on a dry pan on both sides until golden and crispy...
