제 영상에서 가장 인기가 많은 블루베리 베이글을 다시 업로드 했습니다 :)
제가 핸드폰으로 어두운 상태로 영상을 올렸었는데

그래서 이번에는 좋은 화질로 올려드리는게 좋을거같아서

이번에는 건조블루베리는 빼고 냉동블루베리만 넣었기 때문에
집에 있는 냉동블루베리로 만들 수 있기 때문에 쉽게 따라하실 수 있으실겁니다:)
**가장 중요한건 쫄깃한 식감의 베이글을 만드시려면 꼭 강력분으로만 사용하셔야 합니다 ^^
겉은 바삭하고 속은 쫄깃한 식감의 베이글 시작해 보겠습니다 :)

🥯(110g분할 5개분량)
강력분 300g
식용유 10g
소금 5g
설탕 20g(
물엿 20g
이스트 5g
냉동블루베리 100g
물 90-110g
(냉동블루베리상태에 따라 반죽이 질어질 수 있기 때문에 물양을 조금씩넣어보시고 반죽상태를 확인하시면서 해주시면 됩니다!)

This time, I took out the dry blueberry and put in the frozen blueberry only
You can make it with frozen blueberries at home, so you can easily follow it :)
**Most importantly, if you want to make a chewy bagel, you have to use only strong ingredients ^^
Let's start the bagel with a crispy outside and chewy texture inside :)
