My BIGGEST Food Challenge EVER?? American professional eater Randy Santel versus Ward's 200oz Prime Rib Steak Challenge at Ward's House of Prime in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin!! The day after rematching "the" Kitchen's massive Wisconsin Breakfast Challenge in Sussex, WI, I headed to Ward's House of Prime (Rib) in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin so I could attempt their famous and very popular Prime Rib Steak Challenge!! If you order any cut of prime rib that weighs over 40 ounces, and finish it within one sitting without getting up and going to the bathroom, you still pay for your meal, but you get your name added to Ward's Wall of Fame under whatever sized cut of meat you finished. @mollyschuyler-Mom-Vs-Food has the overall record, since she managed to finish 360 ounces of prime rib in less than one hour (22.5 lbs / 10.2 kg). Thankfully, to get the prime rib steak dinner free, you don't have to finish more than that!! You must finish 8 more ounces than the #2 biggest amount, which was 192 oz when I attempted the challenge (set by a woman from Japan). Therefore, I had to finish 200 ounces (12.5 lbs / 5.68 kg) of Ward's juicy medium-rare prime rib within the one sitting time limit. I was trying to get my $400 prime rib steak dinner meal free plus a sweet t-shirt and spot on their Wall of Fame. Most importantly, I was also trying to get a customized caricature of me added to their Wall of Fame, as the first person to finish the 200 oz cut of prime rib!! It just so happened though, that they gave me a 208 ounce prime rib roast, which was 8 extra oz (13 lbs), but I was still trying to finish that within one sitting. The "Grasshopper" and ice cream were both optional. No drinks were required, and the au jus was just optional as well. BIG thanks to Brian and Katie (brother and sister) the owners, Chef Peter, and their staff, everyone with Ward's House of Prime, for the wonderful food, drinks, and hospitality!! Special thanks also to all our amazing friends who came up that Thursday evening to watch and meet me!!
