रवा बेसन लाडू- सहज लक्षात राहील असे सोपे प्रमाण अणि योग्य कृती | Rava besan ladu | diwali sweets Rava besan ladoo/ladu Recipe Ingrients/साहित्य Rava /semolina 2 cup/ 300 gram बेसन/gram Flour 1 cup/150 gram Ghee /साजूक तूप 1 cup साखर 3 cup पानी 3 cup वेलची पूड ड्राय फ्रूट सुकलेल्या गुलाब पाकळ्या कृती /procedure 2 tsp तूप घालून Rava मध्यम ते मंद आचेवर हलका लालसर रंग येईस्तोवर भाजून घ्यावे. एका परातीत काढून घ्या 3-4 tsp तेलात बेसन मंद आचेवर नारंगी रंग येईपर्यंत भाजून घ्यावे आनि परातीत काढून घ्या रवा आनि बेसन एकत्र करून घ्या. आता पाक बनविण्यासाठी 3 कप साखर मध्ये 3 कप पाणी घाला. मोठ्या आचेवर पाक 20 मिनट 1 तारी पाक येईपर्यंत शिजवून घ्यावे. गरम पाक आता मिश्रणात घाला .आनि लवकरात लवकर सर्व गुठळ्या मोडत एकत्र करून घ्या. वेलची पूड, जायफल चारोळी घाला आनि मिश्रण थोडे गार झाले की लाडू वळून घ्या. Add 2 tsp ghee and roast the Rava on medium to low flame until light reddish in color. Remove in one bite Roast gram flour in 3-4 tsp oil on low flame until it turns orange in color and take out the paratha and mix semolina and gram flour together. Now add 3 cups of water to 3 cups of sugar to make the paste. Cook it on high flame for 20 minutes till it becomes cooked. Now add the hot pak to the mixture and mix it as soon as possible breaking all the lumps.
