1 cup water

1\4 tsp turmeric powder
15 garlic cloves
3-4 tsp red chili powder
3-4 tsp cumin coriander pwr
1 large onion
2-3 tbs oil
2 cups butter milk\chaas
coriander leaves
1 tsp kasuri methi
1\2 tsp kitchen king masala
2.5 cups wheat flour
salt to taste
3 tbs kasuri methi
1 tsp carom seeds
2 tsp oil
2 tsp sesame seeds
Upto 1 cup water and ghee

Methi Ni bhaji and Juwar Rotli
Prep Time + Cook Time : 30 Min.
Servings : 4 Servings
Ingredients:
250 Gm Methi leaves\
Fenugreek leaves
6-7 Garlic cloves
2-3 tsp red Chili powder
3 tbs besan
1 tomato
1\2 tsp turmeric powder
1\4 tsp hing
salt to taste
2 tsp coriander cumin seeds
1\2 tsp carom seeds
2 tbs oil
For Juwar Rotli
2 Cups water
2 cups Juwar flour\ Sorghum
Salt to taste
1-2 tsp Ghee

Kathiyavadi Vaghareli Khichdi
Prep Time + Cook Time : 15 Min.
Servings : 4 Servings
Ingredients:
3\4 cup Rice
1\4 cup Moongdal Yellow
1\4 cup Moongdal Green
4 tbs Tuardal
1 potato
1 carrot
1\2 Cup Green Peas
3\4 tsp Turmeric powder
2-3 tbs ghee
2 tbs Oil and 1 tsp Rai
1 tsp cumin seeds,hing
2 bayleaves 2 dry red chili
1 large onion
1 large tomato
8 garlic cloveas,ginger
2 tsp red chili powder
1 green chili,curry leaves
1 tsp garam masala
2 tsp coriander cumin powder

Akha Ringna bataka with Bajri rotli
Prep Time + Cook Time : 30 Min.
Servings : 4 Servings
Ingredients:
2 Cup Bajra flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups water
1-2 tsp ghee
For Curry
200 gm small brinjal
6-7 potato washed, peeled
4-5 tbsp oil
1/4 tsp asafoetida
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1 cinnamon stick
1\2 tsp black pepper
3-4 cloves
4 tbsp groundnut powder
4 tbsp sesame seeds
1\2 bowl gathiya or sev
2-3 tsp red chili powder
2 pieces of jaggery\gol
1 tsp garam masala
3 tbsp coriander chopped

Dahi Tikhari with Methi ni Bhakhri
Ingredients:
1 cup Curd (mild)
1 inch ginger
2-3 green chili
7-8 garlic cloves
3-4 spring of fresh garlic with leaves
1 tbs Oil
2 dry red chili
1 tsp cumin seeds
1\4 tsp Hing
Pinch of turmeric Powder
1 onion and also some spring Onion
Saturday
Makai Nu shaak and Laccha paratha
Prep Time + Cook Time : 30 Min.
Servings : 4 Servings
Ingredients:
1.5 cup sweetcorn
1 cup coriander leaves
1\2 cup fresh coconut
1 tbs chili ginger garlic paste
2 onion
3-4 tsp ghee
jeera and hing
1\4 tsp turmreric powder
1 tsp kitchen king masala
1\2 lemon juice
For Paratha
2.5 cup wheat flour
oil and salt
ghee
chili powder
garam masala
carom seeds
croiander leaves
chat masala
