For Aloo masala:
Boiled potato - 4

Green chilli-2
Coriander leaves - 1/4 cup
Soaked bengal gram-1 tbsp
Mustard seeds -1/2 tsp
Curry leaves
Cooking oil-2 tbsp
Asafoetida(hing)- 1 pinch
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
For Chutney:
Fresh coconut -1/2 cup
Coriander leaves -1/3 cup
Green chilli -2
Salt -1/2 tsp
