देश के सत्ता गलियारों में एक अजीब तरह की खामोशी और बेचैनी है। सरकार में हलचल है। जो चल रहा है उसके फ़िलहाल रोक दिया गया है। सब सन्नाटे में हैं। किसी को कुछ पता नहीं है। सबके अपने अनुमान हैं। पर सबको एक बात पता है या विश्वास है कि कुछ तो होने वाला है। यह समय बड़ा चुनौतीपूर्ण है। बाहरी चुनौतियाँ कम हुई हैं पर आंतरिक चुनौती बढ़ गई है। अब यह चुनौती सरकार की नहीं देश की है। देश की आंतरिक सुरक्षा और संवैधानिक व्यवस्था ख़तरे में है। जो लोग इस ख़तरे का कारण हैं या जो इसमें बढ़ोतरी कर रहे हैं उनके खिलाफ का समय आ गया है।
