I've been a huge fan of Dave Grohl ever since I was a teen and fell in love with Nirvana. Dave was always very good at mentioning the bands he and Nirvana was inspired by. So because of the countless Nirvana interviews I watched over the years, I got to know bands like Pixies, Sonic Youth, Dead Kennedys, Flipper and Bikini Kill. That had a HUGE impact on my life and I do believe that I would not have become a music-journalist, had it not been for those Nirvana interviews. I think I watched "Nirvana Live Tonight Sold Out" more than 100 times 🖤🎸
Growing up Dave and Foo Fighters continued to inspire my passion for music and especially rock-music. Therefore it was absolutely thrilling for me to be able to interview Dave Grohl at Roskilde Festival (Denmark) back in 2017.
