ingredients for muthiya
1 bowl lrft over rice
1 bowl cabbage
1 bowl gram flour/besan
2 to 3 green chilly
1/2 inch ginger
2 tbsp green garlic
2 pinch of turmeric
1/4 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
salt
1/2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp oil
2 pinch of baking soda
for gravy
2 glass of buttermilk
1 glass water
1/4 tbsp turmeric
1/4 tbspred chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
salt
for temporing
5 tbsp oil
1/2 tbsp mustard seeds
1/4 tbsp asphoetida
3 cloves
7 to 8 garlic cloves
curry leave
1 tbsp kashmiri red chilly powder
garnish with green garlic and coriander
