Ingredients:
Soaking the dal:
1. Kalai/Urad dal : 2 cups
2. Water : Sufficient amount, soak dal for 8 hours
Grind the dal
3. Salt : according to taste
4. Roasted cumin seed powder : 1 tsp
Whip the dal, make bada, fry them
5. Refined oil : To fry the bada.
Soak the bada
6. Water : 5 to 6 cups
7. Salt : 2 tsp
8. Heeng : 1/2 tsp
Making the chutney:
9. Coriander leaves : 1 bunch
10. Pudina(mint) leaves : 6 to 7 nos
11. Green chilli : 6 nos
12. Garlic cloves : 2 nos
13. Ginger : 1/2 inch
14. Salt : According to taste
15. Black salt : 1/4 tsp
16. Lemon juice : 1/2 lemon
Making the dahi:
17. Dahi : 2 cups
18. Sugar : 3 tsp
19. Salt : as per taste
20. Black salt : 1/4 tsp
