140g rice flour for bread
80g potato starch
2 pinches of salt
150g boiling water
Put the potato starch in the center of the rice flour and pour in the boiling water
■Kasu bed
100g sake lees
70cc water
100g miso
(1 tbsp mirin)
■Small bowl of vermicelli
100g vermicelli
1 medium carrot
6 shiitake mushrooms
1 bunch of chives
2 tbsp mirin
2 tbsp soy sauce
Appropriate amount of white sesame seeds
One drizzle of sesame oil
