الواد سيد الشغال هي مسرحية مصرية كوميدية تم إصدراها عام 1985 في مصر، وقد تجاوزت مدتها الساعتين والاربعون دقيقة، حيث شارك في البطولة كل من الممثل المصري عادل إمام، عمر الحريري، رجاء الجداوي وغيرهم.
في بداية عروض المسرحية كانت البطولة النسائية للفنانة سوسن بدر، إلا إنها اعتذرت عن استكمال دورها بعد ذلك وحلت محلها الفنانة مشيرة إسماعيل. واستمرت عروض المسرحية لمدة 8 سنوات.
قصة المسرحية
تدور المسرحية حول سيد الهارب من تنفيذ عقوبة السجن لمدة عام بتهمة ضرب أحد النصابين من أصحاب شركات توظيف الأموال، ويتوجه للاحتماء في منزل خاله الطباخ الذي يعمل لدى عائلة أحد الأثرياء ويُساعد خاله بخدمة العائلة أيضًا. يتم طلاق ابنة الثري صاحب المنزل للمرة الثالثة لتعدد خلافاتهما وشجارهما فيتم اختيار سيد ليقوم بدور المُحلل، لكنه يشترط نقل زوجته الثرية للإقامة معه في البدروم الذي تعيش فيه أمه، فيسارع الأب لنقلها إلى القصر، لكنها ترفض بعد وقوعها في حب سيد؛ كما يهرب زوجها السابق للخارج بعد استيلاءه على أموالها.
قصة مسرحية الزعيم :-
تدور أحداثها حول حال أحد الحكام الديكتاتوريين في إحدى الدول العربية، وعن أحد أفراد الشعب الذي يشبهه تماما ويدعى زينهم.
يأمر الديكتاتور باعتقالهِ، وقبل تنفيذ ذلك يموت الحاكم، فتقوم الحاشية التي تستفيد من وجود الحاكم بتقديم زينهم الرجل البسيط الذي لا يستطيع أن يصمد في أي عمل لفترة نتيجة للتشابه الذي بينه وبين زعيم دولته الدكتاتور غير المحبوب، ولكنه يحصل أخيرا على عمل إذ يحاول أحدهم أن يخرج فيلما يحاول فيه أن ينال من الرئيس ويصوره على أنه حرامي فيختار زينهم لهذا الدور أيضا نظرا للتشابه بينه وبين الزعيم، فيجد أخيرا زينهم العمل ككومبارس في السينما، ولست أدري أن اختلف واقع حياته عن عمله، فهو من المهمشين في الحياة الذين لا دور يذكر لهم ووجودهم مثل عدمه. ذلك الرجل الذي من أقصى أحلامه الحصول على قوت يومه وأن يتخلص من مطاردة فتاة تريد أن تتزوجه. لا أعتقد أن زينهم راوده حلم أو أراد أن يكون لهُ دور في الحياة أبعد من وظيفة مستقرة ودخل ثابت. ولكن يأتي اليوم الذي فيهِ يستيقظ من نومهِ ليجد نفسه على فراش غير الفراش ومهنة غير المهنة.
ويتحول الكومبارس إلى زعيم لدولتهِ بسبب ذلك التشابه العجيب بين زعيم راحل خاف رجاله من بطش الشعب فوضعوا ذلك الكومبارس ليحل محله وليحكموا البلاد من خلالهِ.

The story of the play
The play revolves around Sayed, who is escaping from serving a one-year prison sentence on charges of beating a swindler from the owners of money employment companies, and he goes to seek refuge in the house of his uncle, the cook who works for a wealthy family and helps his uncle serve the family as well. The daughter of the wealthy owner of the house is divorced for the third time due to their many differences and quarrels, so a master is chosen to play the role of the mediator, but he stipulates that his wealthy wife be moved to live with him in the basement where his mother lives. The father rushes to move her to the palace, but she refuses after falling in love with a master; her ex-husband also flees abroad after seizing her money.
The story of the play "The Leader":-
Its events revolve around the state of one of the dictatorial rulers in one of the Arab countries, and about one of the people who looks exactly like him and is called Zeinhom.
The dictator orders his arrest, and before this can be done, the ruler dies. The entourage that benefits from the ruler's presence introduces Zeinhom, a simple man who cannot hold out in any job for a while due to the resemblance between him and the unpopular dictator leader of his country. But he finally gets a job when someone tries to make a film in which he tries to undermine the president and portray him as a thief, so Zeinhom is chosen for this role as well due to the resemblance between him and the leader. Zeinhom finally finds work as an extra in the cinema.
