It seems CBRs have some auto CCT issues like many other bikes, which can cause noisy timing chains and potentially serious damage.
This is a 2006 Cbr600rr, with basically the same motor as 03-05, and similar to 2007+.
This can help free up a sticky CCT, but if your noise continues, look into a replacement or a manual tensioner.
