Many of us know about winged beans few years back when few of us started growing them in our home garden. Winged beans is one of the best tasty vegetable to make dishes. Then we came to know about purple winged beans similar to the green one.
In this season, I got two more new varieties in winged beans. Very long winged beans and Tiger stripped winged beans. Started in Aug in Aadi pattam, both came well after some initial struggle.
The long winged beans grow in a unbelievable size of 1 1/2 feet. With this, we have four varieties of winged beans. The normal green, purple winged beans, long winged beans and stripped winged beans.
