애호박(1개), 대파(30g), 양파(¼개), 풋고추(1개), 홍고추(½개)
✔ 양념 재료
멸치밑국물(4T), 참기름(1t), 다진 마늘(1t), 다진 새우젓(½T), 소금(½T), 통깨(약간), 현미유(1T)
✔조리과정
1. 애호박(1개) 반달 모양으로 썰고 소금(½T)에 절인다.
2. 애호박 물기를 짠다.
3. 현미유(1T) 두른 팬에 애호박을 볶는다.
4. 양파(¼개), 다진 마늘(1t), 다진 새우젓(½T), 멸치밑국물(4T)을 볶는다.
5. 풋고추(1개), 홍고추(½개), 대파(30g)를 볶는다.
6. 참기름(1t), 통깨(약간)을 넣는다.

★ The super simple and delicious [Zucchini stir-fried with salted shrimp]★ (2-3 servings)
✔ Main Ingredients
1 zucchini, 30g green onions, ¼ onion, 1 green chili pepper, ½ red chili pepper
✔ Sauce Ingredients
4 tbsp anchovy broth, 1 tsp sesame oil, 1 tsp minced garlic, ½ tbsp finely chopped salted shrimp, ½ tbsp salt, some sesame seeds, 1 tbsp rice bran oil
✔ How to cook
1. Chop the zucchini into half-moon shaped pieces and salt them down with ½ tbsp of salt.
2. Squeeze the water from the zucchini.
3. Stir-fry the zucchini in a pan with 1 tbsp rice bran oil.
4. Add onions, 1 tsp minced garlic, ½ tbsp finely chopped salted shrimp, 4 tbsp anchovy broth, and stir-fry together.
5. Add red chili peppers, green chili peppers, and green onions. Stir-fry together.
6. Add 1 tsp sesame oil and some sesame seeds.
