Facebook Page - https://www.facebook.com/maayehkaisekarun Masala Kitchen Instagram - https://www.instagram.com/masalakitchenbypoonam/ Recent Upload:- https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=k6BoSEN8bWY&t=51s #Mangode #PakodaPremix #ChutneySauceRecipe #PakodaRecipeByMasalaKitchen #MonsoonSpecial आज मसाला किचन मे बन रहा है पकोड़ा प्रीमिक्स रेसिपी | 1 प्रेमिक्स से बनाये ढेरों तरह के क्रिस्पी पकोड़े, कचौड़ी, बेड़इ, पालक पकोड़ा, आलू भजिया, प्याज के पकोड़े, मिर्ची भजिया, कैरी पकोड़ा रेसिपी | कुरकुरे और मसालेदार मंगौड़े, मसाला किचन के पकोड़ा/भजिया रेसिपी को जरूर देखिये | कुरकुरे भजिये, कुरकुरा पकोड़ा, हरी मिर्च भजिया, सन्ना पकोड़ा, आलू भजिया, कांदा भजिया, चटपटे वेजिटेबल मंगौड़े, करारे मंगौड़े, दाल के पकोड़े, क्रिस्पी भजिया रेसिपीटी-टाइम भजिया, स्टार्टर रेसिपी, आलू पकोड़ा, मिर्ची के भरवां पकोड़े, आलू वड़ा, आलू बोंडा, पालक के भजिए, पकोड़ा रेसिपी | सबसे आसान स्नैक्स, टीटाइम स्नैक्स, राजस्थानी और गुजराती पकोड़ा, भजिया, वड़ा रेसिपी को शेयर करना न भूलें | मसाला किचन | पूनम देवनानी रेसिपी INGREDIENTS: For Masala: * Coriander Seeds(सूखा साबुत धनिया) - 2 Tbsp * Fennel Seeds(सौंफ) - 2 Tbsp * Clove(लौंग) - 10-12 * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) -1 Tbsp * Carom Seeds(अजवाइन) - 1 Tsp * Dried Red Chilli(सूखी साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 4 For Premix: * Moong Dal(मूंग दाल) - 1 Bowl * Chana Dal(चना दाल) - 1/2 Bowl * Asafoetida Powder/Hing(हींग पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Baking Soda(बेकिंग सोडा) - 1/4 Tsp * Salt(नमक) - 1 Tsp For Pakoda: * Pakoda Premix(पकोड़ा प्रीमिक्स) - 1 Cup * Water(पानी) - Less than 1 Cup * Onion(प्याज) - Some * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some * Oil(तेल) - For Frying For Chutney: * Oil(तेल) - 1 Tbsp * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tbsp * Asafoetida Powder/Hing(हींग पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp * Crushed Red Chilli Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च) - 1/2 Tbsp * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1 Tbsp * Salt(नमक) - As Per Taste * Black Salt(काला नमक) - Some * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tbsp * Chilli Flakes(चिली फ्लेक्स) - Some * Water(पानी) - Less than 1 Cup * Jaggery(गुड़) - 4 Tbsp * Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - Some * Ginger(अदरक) - Some * Onion(प्याज) - Some * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - Some RECIPE: For Masala, keep the pan for heating, add some Dried Coriander Powder, Fennel Seeds, Clove, Black Pepper, Carom Seeds & Dried Red Chilli. Roast them dry, then keep them cool & then coarsely grind them. For Premix, take some Chana & Moong Dal & wash them wisely by using a strainer. Then keep them drying on a cloth for 1-2 hours. Keep the pan on the flame & put the washed Dal in it & dry roast them. Then take them out on a plate & keep them cooling down. In a mixer jar put roasted Dal & some Asafoetida/Hing Powder & grind it & make a fine powder. Then take out the Powder in a bowl, add ground Masla, some Baking Soda & Salt. Mix all well, and Pakora Premix is ready to use. Store it in an airtight jar for a long time use. For Chutney, keep the pan for heating, put some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Asafoetida/Hing Powder, Crushed red Chilli, Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder, Coriander Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Salt, Black Salt, Roasted Cumin Powder & Chilli Flakes & saute them all well. Then add Water, Jaggery, finely chopped Green Chilli, grated Ginger, finely chopped Onion & Coriander Leaves. Cook well & then take it out in a bowl. For Bhajiya/Pakoda, take some Pakoda Premix, add some Water. Mix well, cover & keep it for 15-20 minutes. Then add some finely chopped Onion, Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves. Mix all well & make Pakoda/Mangoda. Deep fry all the pakoras until they get golden in color. Serve and enjoy the Tasty Pakodas with Chutney & Tea.
