✍🏻INGREDIENTS:
For Saag:
* Ghee(घी) - 1+2 Spoon
* Mustard Leaves(सरसों) - 1 Bunch/1 Kg (4 Cup)
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 7-8
* Ginger(अदरक) - 1.5 Inch
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2
* Bathua(बथुआ) - 1 Part
* Chana Leaves(चना पत्ते) - 2 Part
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Water(पानी) - Some

For Masala Paneer
* Ghee(घी) - Some
* Cottage cheese (पनीर) - 200 Gram
* Salt(नमक) - 1/4 Tsp
* Turmeric(हल्दी) - 1/4 Tsp
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Dried Fenugreek Leave(सूखी कसूरी मेथी) - Some

For Tadka:
* Ghee(घी) - Some
* Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - Some
* Dried Whole Red Chili(साबुत लाल मिर्च) - 2-3
* Garlic(लहसुन) - 1 Spoon
* Ginger(अदरक)
* Green Chili(हरी मिर्च) - 2-3
* Onion(प्याज) - 2
* Tomato(टमाटर) - 1
* Salt(नमक) - Some
* Turmeric(हल्दी) - Some
* Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some
* Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - Some
* Red Chilli Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - Some

For Makke ki Roti
* Water(पानी) - 1/2 Bowl
* Maize Flour(मक्के का आटा) - 1 Bowl

✍🏻RECIPE:
Take some Mustard Leaves, Spinach Leaves, Bathua, and Fenugreek Leaves, wash them, and finely chop them. Put some chopped vegetables in the hot water, and put some nicely chopped Ginger, Garlic & Green Chilli. Put some more green leafy vegetables, some Salt in it. Cover it in half and cook it on medium flame. Stir it again and again and mash the Saag properly. Take some Maize Flour, add some water and make a batter. Put the batter in it gradually and mash it. Turn off the flame and when it gets mashed.
For Tadka, keep the pan on the flame, put Ghee, Cumin Seeds, long chopped Green Chilli, Dried Red Chilli, nicely chopped Ginger, Garlic, and Onion, and saute them. Then put finely chopped Tomato, Salt, and Coriander Powder and cook it and mash it well. Then put the mashed Saag in it & Then add Roasted Paneer.. Serve it with some Onion, Green Chilies, and Tomato, and enjoy it. In this way, Punjabi Style Sarson Saag will get ready at home easily
For Makke Roti: In a pan, take water boil it then add Maize Flour and mix them all well. Bind the dough. Roll the dough ball, and make the tasty and Healthy Roti. In This way, The Tasty & Healthy Rotla is Ready to Serve.
