Kickboxing drills use perfect positioning to project energy from your core, both with your legs and your arms. You can develop a much better understanding of how your core projects energy by using these techniques, which I will tie to normal walking techniques. Strengthen your glutes and hip flexors and improve your mobility. You will be able to activate your lower abs as well as your hip muscles. Build better coordination between your core and your hips.
