Measurements for 1 KG: ********* Ground nut oil - 10 tbl spoon Ghee - 5 tbl spoon red chilli powder - 1 1/2 tea spoon cumin powder - 1 tea spoon Coriander powder - 2 tea spoon chicken - 1 to 1.5 kg Mint leaves - 10g ( only leaves weight ) coriander leaves - 15g ( only leaves weight ) Salt as needed ( probably 40g sea salt for entire recipe ) curd - 150 ml lemon juice - 3 tbl spoon Seeraga samba rice - 1 kg Biryani Masala Ingredients: ********* Cashew Nuts - 25G cardamom - 4G cloves - 2G stone flower ( kalpasi ) - 8G cinnamon - 2 g (3inch) bay leaves - 1g (3 count medium ) star anise - 2g ( 3count ) nut mug powder ( jathikai podi ) - 1g Ginger Garlic Paste Ingredients: ************ small onion - 300 g green chillies - 14g Garlic - 80G ( Peeled weight ) ginger - 40G ( Peeled weight )
