SI joint pain is due to a pelvis that interacts with the sacrum/lumbar spine in a dysfunctional manner. It has its origins in our natural human asymmetry, particularly in regards to our respiratory asymmetry, that has become too extreme. Luckily, in the absence of a real injury, idiopathic SI joint pain isn't that difficult to alleviate with a Postural Restoration program. I provide three examples of PRI techniques that could be part of a larger program to re-integrate appropriate pelvic and respiratory mechanisms that will take pressure off the SI joints. https://pritrainer.com/ https://pritrainer.com/about/ https://pritrainer.com/on-line-consultations/
