Easy Snack Cake Recipe - $1 Snack Cakes
- 75 g Butter (2/3 STICK)
- 25 g Oil (1 1/2 tbsp)
- 100g Sugar ( 1/2 cup)
- 2 Eggs
- 160g All Purpose Flour (1 cup + 1 tbsp)
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 120g Milk (1/2 cup)
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 25g (3 tbsp) Cocoa Powder
- 3-4 tbsp Milk
Bake cakes anywhere between 12-15 minutes. Use a 7 or 8 inch pan.
Chocolate Icing Shell:
- 400 g (14 ounces) tempered White Chocolate ( or any chocolate you prefer)
- 2 tbsp Coconut Oil to thin it out.
