Chrysler acquired Dodge in 1928. Through the years, Dodge set its course by shifting to the production of military vehicles during the Second World War. Fast forward a decade and in the 1960s, the brand introduced iconic models such as the Dodge Charger, Dodge Challenger, and the Dodge Dart GTS. The brand thrived during the era of muscle cars, and up to this day, such nameplates evoke awe for their exceptional horsepower, torque, and aggressive styling.
