This is an advanced Squat HIIT 10-minute home workout routine!
I've developed two favorite routines, and this is the first video. (Once you try it, you'll know what I mean. 😊❤️)
It's an interval workout that strengthens the entire body and effectively burns body fat.
You'll be surprised at how much sweat you can generate with this squat variation workout in 10 minutes.
👉 This routine may be challenging for beginners who are unfamiliar with squats or not used to putting strain on their muscles. For beginners, please proceed slowly and focus on learning, as not giving proper muscle strength can lead to injuries.
If you have some exercise experience and need to cut body fat while worrying about muscle loss, this routine is excellent for maintaining muscle while losing weight. (Sounds like my story, haha.)
I used 5kg dumbbells for this routine, but you can choose a weight that suits you. (For intermediate level, I recommend 3-5 kilograms. For advanced, 5 kilograms and above.)
I created and practiced this home workout routine, and I liked it so much that I saved it in my favorites list. I've also filmed another 10-minute advanced HIIT burpee routine.
